Hello, I am Jonathan Chiang a.k.a.
szge, the owner of this blog. I post my thoughts on AI alignment. If you have some interesting thoughts on alignment that I think are worth posting, shoot me a message on LinkedIn and I’ll post it here with credit 🙂Currently, I work for MIT professor Max Tegmark at his non-profit Improve the News, where I work on cool web projects and machine learning.
I am a fellow at Cavendish Labs, a non-profit organization whose goal is to research and mitigate existential risks to humanity. This includes the risks associated with powerful AI.
Are you an undergrad or grad student interested in AI or bio-risk safety? Come do cool research with us in beautiful Vermont! Stipend, food, housing, and fun activities included.
